ShortlyafterthepeacebreaksoutinBosniaanengineeringunitisremovingminesfromtheborderbetweenthetwosideswhountilrecently,wereatwar.Theyfindamanwalledintoabasement,apparentlywaitingforthem.

Bosnia1995.SevendaysaftertheDaytonAgreement.Asmallarmyengineeringsquadsweepsforminesinthemountains.Inanearbyforsakenfactory,partiallydestroyedduringthewar,theyfindawalled-incellar-andinitamanquietlysittingbehindadesk,withanashtrayfilledwithcigarettebutts.Nofood,nowater,nolight.Helookslikehasbeenwaitingforthem.

Thesquadbringshimbacktobase,despitehisdubioussoundingstory.Herefusesfoodanddrink,continuingtosmokehiscigarettes.Returningtothefactory,thesoldiersfindagroupofdeadpeople,thatthey`resureweren`ttherebefore.Ambushed,theytakeacaptiveandbringhimtoobacktocamp.Whenheseesthemanfromthecellarhetellsthesquadtheyhavereleasedthedevilhimself.
